SCHEDULING

ALL SESSIONS START & END ON TIME. The only way to book or request a current booking revision is online at Instagram DM : @Studio1920LV or call/text (702) 706-8590

STUDIO 1920 Records requires a 50% non-refundable deposit for ANY & ALL bookings to be added to our official calendar, powered by Sonido. Bookings WITHOUT the required deposit will not be accommodated. Select bookings will require 100% payment upfront. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

NO CALLS/NO SHOWS and UNCONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS will result in FORFEITURE of deposit and/or studio time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

CLIENTS WILL receive session files & mp3(s) IMMEDIATELY upon completion of payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please, RESPECT YOUR TIME as well as our staff and other client(s). We encourage all of our clients to utilize our platform to accommodate their needs as best as possible.

 

Rescheduling is an option, but at the discretion of STUDIO 1920. Please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled session for a reschedule or cancellation. ALL DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED & NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session result in FORFEITURE of your deposit, NO EXCEPTIONS. Adverse weather conditions such as snowfall or sandstorm will result in an automatic reschedule.​

Session Policy

We encourage you to bring in your flash drive, hard drive, or send your files to sessions@studio1920lv.com prior to your recording session. We use ProTools HD recording systems, industry standard for tracking, mixing & mastering records.

 

Session functions, such as, but not limited to:

 

Equipment setup if mobile booking, downloading your beat(s), creating your session, requesting stems(trackouts), radio edit versions, & session data transfer is all included WITHIN your session time. Your engineer will always provide you a mp3 file of your recording(s) within the last 15 minutes of your session. Entirely at your discretion, we may photo or video your studio session for future advertisement.

 

After your session, we encourage you to stay in touch with your engineer if you foresee any edits or revisions necessary. However, your engineer will not always be available to assist you at the immediate time. If you need a copy of your session data sent after STUDIO1920 has already provided them, there will be an additional hour charge at our standard rate. This policy excludes package deals and/or bundles which will be specified upon booking.

 

We have the right to refuse service, deny entry, or refuse business without refund, or liability for compensation if circumstances are deemed extreme. STUDIO1920 Policy and regulations are subject to change without notice.
